Who are Yo It’s Me CashPass Network customers?
Our primary focus is providing financial services to U.S. households that do not have checking accounts or credit cards. Increased immigration, excessive banking fees and restrictive practices by traditional financial institutions, this "unbanked" or "under banked" population is the fastest growing segment of our economy. Customers range from large companies to smaller local businesses.

What bank network or partner access is available?
The Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard Card may be used at any MasterCard, Maestro, or Cirrus ATM or POS terminals worldwide.

Which bank issues the Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
MetaBank, located in South Dakota, issues the Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard. However, cardholder accounts are managed by Yo It’s Me and CashPass and individual cardholders do not have a personal bank account with MetaBank.

Is the card account insured by the FDIC?
This card account is FDIC insured after cardholder information has been verified.

What type of fraud detection protects the Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
The Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard is a Signature and PIN-accessed card. The card account cannot be overdrawn or abused. Without the PIN, the card cannot be used for ATM or debit transactions. Once we are notified of a lost or stolen card, and the cardholder correctly identifies himself, the card account is immediately frozen.

How secure is my card account information?
The Yo It’s Me website uses the latest 128 bit encryption technology to secure your card account and personal information online. Yo It’s Me and CashPass follow strict procedures to ensure that your card account and personal information is never shared or misused in any way. Do I need good credit to qualify for a Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
No. The Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard is not a credit card. Therefore, no credit check is done during the approval process.

Do I need to have a checking account to get a Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
No. Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard cardholders do not need to have a banking relationship to qualify for and use the Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard. Unlike traditional check cards, the Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard is not tied to an individual cardholder's checking account.

Who can apply for a Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
In compliance with the USA PATRIOT Act and other laws, you must be a U.S. resident with a valid government issued ID and a verifiable address to open a card account and order a card. Currently we do not issue cards to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa or other U.S. territories.

Can I apply using a business name?
No. You must apply using your personal information. We authenticate the identity of all applicants based on the information provided during the application process before a Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard can be shipped.

How long will it take to get my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
If you purchase your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard at a distributor location you can receive a temporary instant issue Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard immediately. You will automatically be enrolled for a personalized Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard that will be sent to you regular mail. Regular mail shipments will arrive 7-10 days from the date that you enroll.

When does my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard expire?
Your card will expire 24 months from the date of purchase at which time you will receive a new card in the mail as long as your card account is still active with a positive balance. If you purchase your Yo It's Me CashPass Prepaid MasterCard at a retail location, you will receive a temporary instant issue card. The temporary instant issue Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard will expire 90 days from the time of enrollment or when you receive your personalized Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard in the mail. Upon activation of your personalized Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard, your temporary instant issue Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard is automatically de-activated.

Do I have to pay extra to receive my personalized card?
No. The purchase of the instant issue card automatically enrolls you for the personalized card.

Where can I use my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
You can use your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard wherever MasterCard debit cards are accepted and at over one million ATMs worldwide.

How do I make a purchase with my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
When making a purchase, select "credit" and sign the receipt provided by the merchant. If you make a purchase online or over the phone, just enter your card number and expiration date.

Can I print and use checks against this card account?
No. Because this is not a checking account, you may never overdraw the card account, incur NSF service fees or minimum balance fees. Once the balance reaches "zero", no funds can be withdrawn until additional funds are loaded to the card.

Can I use my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard to gamble online?
No. Online gambling is restricted with the Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard.

How do I add cash to my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
Yo It’s Me offers several ways to add cash to your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard, so adding cash is quick and convenient. You can add cash through: CashPass Retail Locations: Add cash to your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard at one of several CashPass retail locations. Your funds are credited to your card account instantly. Add funds through ACH: Add cash to your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard by loading funds from your personal checking or savings card account. All ACH transactions are held up to 7 business days before being credited to your card account. Direct Deposit: Have pay, dividends, disability and government checks (i.e. Social Security, Medicare, Welfare, etc.) added directly to your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard. Your payment is credited to your card account the same business day. PayPal: Add funds to your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard through your existing PayPal account. Money orders: Send a cashier's check or non-U.S. Postal Service money order. All cashier's checks and money orders are held 10 business days before being credited to your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard. Western Union: Load money to your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard at any of the over 46 thousand Western Union agent locations nationwide (go to www.yomastercard.com for details). PayZone: Load money to your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard at thousands of PayZone locations nationwide (go to www.yomastercard.com for details).

Can I load funds from my checking account to my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
Yes. You can load funds up to $500.00 per month onto the card from your checking account. See Loading Options for further details.

How soon will my direct deposit be available?
This card account observes Federal Reserve and NACHA criteria. Your direct deposit will be available on your normal payday usually before you go to work.

Are there any daily limits on the ATM and POS (merchant) dollar amounts or number of transactions?
The system's pre-set default limits are $900.00 per day at ATMs and/or 2 ATM transactions per day. The POS or merchant spending limit is $5000.00 per day. The combined ATM and POS (merchant) maximum limit is $5000.00 per day. There are no limits on the number of POS (merchant) transactions per day.

What is the minimum and maximum amount of money that I can put on my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
There is a minimum load of $10.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00 per load.

Do I need to keep minimum balance on my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
Your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard does not have a minimum balance, but it is a good idea to keep a small amount of money on your card to cover the monthly maintenance fee.

Do I have a personal identification number (PIN)?
Yes. All withdrawal transactions must be accessed by a combination of the card and the cardholder's PIN. The PIN is assigned by Yo It’s Me and may be changed by the cardholder at any time, by calling customer service. When you receive an instant issue card the PIN is provided when you receive the card. Otherwise you can call customer service to create or change your PIN.

How can I withdraw "odd amounts" from my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
Since ATMs dispense only in whole dollar amounts, cardholders can withdraw odd amounts by getting "cash back" from purchases at POS terminals.

Why is my PIN not working?
There are a few of things that could be causing the problem: a. You may have changed your PIN and are using the original PIN that came with your card. b. You might have called to activate your new personalized card and have forgotten to create your new PIN number. c. There could be a problem with the magnetic strip on the back of the card.

How do I view my card account activity?
You can view all card account transactions by logging in to your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard account online and selecting "Card Account Details". The Card Account Details screen shows transaction history, spending summary and available balance.

How do I notify Yo It’s Me with a change of address?
Cardholders may contact our customer service department or go online.

What happens if my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard is lost or stolen?
Immediately call customer service and request a replacement card. We will deactivate your card to prevent unauthorized use. Cardholders may also go into a CashPass retail location and report their card lost or stolen and receive a replacement card at the location.

What security measures are available for lost or stolen cards?
The cardholder is not at risk for a lost or stolen card, unless the PIN is stolen along with the card or the cardholder has written the PIN on the card or the card sleeve. The cardholder may contact our customer service department for a card replacement. If the card and PIN are lost or stolen together, the cardholder should immediately report the loss to Yo It’s Me. The cardholder's liability for fraudulent use, excluding PIN transactions, is limited to $50.00 if the loss is reported promptly, per Reg. E.

How much does it cost to set up a card account?
Setting up a card account is free, but there is a variable activation fee that can range from $3.95 up to $19.95.

Does Yo It’s Me charge a fee for card account termination?
No, as long as there is no balance left on the card. If your balance is $200.00 or less there is a $10.00 Balance Reimbursement Fee to mail out a check. If your balance is greater than $200.00 you are required to take the balance off the card by either withdrawing the funds at an ATM or through POS (merchant) transactions. Once the balance is below $200.00 you can request a check via the Balance Reimbursement method.

What types of fees are assessed by "out of network" or "foreign" ATMs?
Each bank has its own fee schedule for foreign card transactions. Typically, banks charge $1.50 for each cash withdrawal and there are no charges for balance inquiries or "declines". These bank ATM fees are assessed in addition to our fees. In most markets, there are grocery stores or grocery chains and/or credit unions that assess no "host" charges. They provide this service to draw foot traffic into their store or to provide a service to the community.

What are the fees associated with my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?

Can I upgrade to a different fee structure at some point?
Yes. Just go to a Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard retail location and let them know that you would like to upgrade your card. For example: If you purchased the card for $3.95 card and want to upgrade to the $19.95 card, you would be assessed the difference of $16.00. Refunds are not provided for down grades.

When I swipe my card at a gas pump, I get charged $30.00 even if I only pump $10.00 worth of gas. Why?
Your card is automatically authorized for $30.00 when you swipe your card at a gas pump. After you are done pumping gas, if the total is less than $30.00, the merchant will settle that transaction for the correct amount, usually the following business day*. If your funds are limited consider paying inside to avoid the authorization hold on your card account.

I returned a purchase I made using my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard. How long does it take for the funds to go back on my card?
If the merchant has already settled on the transaction, it could take up to 72 hours. If the transaction has been authorized and not settled, it could take up to 15 days for the funds to return to your card. Car rental authorizations can take up to 30 days. In some cases, your card may be charged more. Please ask your local retailer for their specific policy.

What do I do if an ATM does not give me the total amount of my withdrawal, but says it did?
All ATMs have a contact telephone number on them to call in case of a problem. The retail store cannot help you; only the company that actually maintains the ATM can help. In most cases, when the ATM settles the transactions for that day, it will credit your card account back for any shortage. If for some reason the ATM does settle the transaction and does not credit your card account, you can file a dispute with that ATM owner by calling customer service. Disputes can take up to 4 weeks to process.

I attempted to make a purchase with my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard and was denied, but I have been charged for the purchase or I simply did not authorize a transaction that is on my card account. What do I do?
Contact the merchant that authorized your card and request that they reverse the transaction. Request that the merchant fax a statement on their company letterhead to Yo It’s Me customer service with the following information to release the authorization: a. Authorization to remove transaction. b. Merchant representative's name and signature on the document. Once Yo It’s Me receives the fax, the authorization will be released and the funds added back to your card account. If a merchant will not provide the above information, you may file a dispute of that transaction by calling customer service. Disputes can take up to 4 weeks to process.

A merchant has authorized my card without my permission. Do I contact the store where I purchased my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard?
No. The retail store where you purchased your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard will not be able to assist you. You must contact customer service to file a dispute and they will advise you of what steps to take.

My Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard is denied at merchants and ATM's, but I know I have funds on my card. What do I do?
Make sure that you are using the card that is active. When you receive your personalized card in the mail and you activate that card, the temporary card is no longer valid. Make sure that if you activated your personalized card, and that you are using the card with your name on it. If you haven't activated your personalized card, you should be using the card without your name.

How do I use my Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard as calling card?
Just call the 800 number on the back of your Yo It’s Me - CashPass Prepaid MasterCard and follow the prompts. After you hang up, the amount of the call will be deducted from your card account balance.

What is Click-n-Pay?
Click-n-Pay, Yo It’s Me’s automated bill payment service, saves you time and money when paying your bills. With Click-n-Pay, you can send a one-time or recurring electronic payment to over 5,000 billers listed in our database, or a paper check to any biller not listed in our database. Since the bill amount is immediately deducted from your available balance, you will never incur a bounced check fee.

How do I use Click-n-Pay?
You can access Click-n-Pay to set up billers, send payments and view your transaction history via your card account online or over the phone using our toll-free card account information line.

Which bills can I pay using Click-n-Pay?
Unlike most electronic bill pay programs, you can pay any and every bill using Click-n-Pay. If your biller is not listed in our biller database, we will send them a paper check on your behalf.

How much does it cost to use Click-n-Pay?
